Key holding
It is good practice to have someone local and available with access to your property in case of emergencies; this becomes even more important when you welcome holiday makers. We are reliable and on hand should the unexpected happen, such as guests losing keys, or a breakdown emergency.
24/7 Emergency breakdown cover
We cover heating systems and all plumbing issues, as well as all large electrical items including fridges, freezers, dishwashers, sanitary ware, (parts not included in contract price).
Small parts replacements
We can replace light bulbs, kettles, plug sockets, shower heads, drain plugs etc (please not that parts not included in the contract price).
Hot tub maintenance
From weekly water changes, cleaning and dosing to technical support, and breakdown cover, we can help. We also supply and deliver chemicals.
Sauna & hammam maintenance
We know how important these facilities are to holiday makers. A breakdown causing unusable wellness facilities can cause significant customer dissatisfaction. We will get your equipment up and running within the week where parts are available.
