For hot tubs, we will first make sure that the proposed site will easily carry the load (i.e. the weight of the hot tub when full). Terraces and other supported areas will need to be able to bear at least half of the hot tub’s weight again, to account for people, snow, and other accessories. It is therefore very important to check the strength of the site.

Secondly, the access to the area will also be analysed, along with the equipment needed to lift the hot tub into place. We have specialised equipment that will get a hot tub into most positions, but correct planning is key to a smooth installation.
